First House Homes is owned and run by Duncan Nicoll. As a former director of a FTSE telecommunications company he understands what it takes to be successful. He spent his former years in the Royal Marines and also has an impressive personal track record including rowing across the Atlantic, leading an exploration to the Antarctic and numerous trips to the Alps. He was a 6 times British national champion in rowing and a member of the commonwealth games rowing team. All of this has given Duncan an excellent skillset and the determination to push his team to strive for success every day and in each project they deliver. He strives for good communication, good team management and having a great team.  The company also now supports another Olympic athlete.
